Last Thursday, November 10th, I attended the Vivalia Bistro Express official opening with beautiful babes Gaby and Kelsey thanks to Foodora, who kindly invited us to the opening! I talk about my experience below, but first a few pics :)
At Vivalia Bistro Express, the experienced chefs constructed a menu designed around solely organic ingredients. Every single item on the menu is made with 100% organic ingredients and they have many vegetarian and vegan options as well. Situated in Old Montreal, Vivalia was celebrating their first location and hoping to expand to other areas in the city.
I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was! I'm not a vegetarian and have never had a vegan meal, but everything was actually really good! They offered us a series of tastings so we could get an idea of the regular menu.
This place is perfect for individuals looking for a quick, truly healthy lunch. It is hard to find spots that offer truly healthy foods at affordable prices. They offer paninis, wraps, soups, chilis, salads, smoothies, Kombucha and desserts. Oh the desserts. Tasted like five different desserts, oups... What can I say, I have a sweet tooth!
My personal favourite item on the menu? The chipotle chicken panini. I'm gonna go back just for that panini!! I hope they open a new location downtown soon ;)
